PNB Credit Card Instant Payment Methods

1. From Any PNB Branch

Cardholders can choose to pay their Credit Card dues in any PNB branch through Cash Deposit or Fund Transfer. Branches to collect such payments
using Menu Option CCPAY provided in CBS. To facilitate acceptance of collections for Credit Card accounts through this menu option, two modes are available to the customers – Cash Deposit and Fund Transfer.

Cash Deposit

A Credit Card holder may deposit cash towards payment of Credit Card dues in any branch of PNB. However, before accepting cash it is to be ensured that the details regarding the Credit Card number and cardholder’s name have been correctly filled in the cash deposit form.

Fund Transfer

In case the Credit Cardholder is a customer of the Bank, he/she can opt to get the amount transferred from his/ her deposit account towards payment of Credit Card dues.

2. From Any PNB ATMs

Punjab National Bank account holders can pay their PNB Credit Card dues by using their PNB ATM/ Debit Card at any PNB ATM.

3. Through NEFT

A cardholder can make the payment through his/her other banks’ account towards PNB Credit Card dues, through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT). NEFT Facility is available to the customers of other banks at branches of other Banks or through their Internet Banking System. The Credit Cardholder must fill up the following fields as given, at the time of making the payment of Credit Card dues:

  1. IFSC code of beneficiary branch: PUNB0112000.
  2. Name of Destination Branch : ECE House, New Delhi
  3. Type of Destination Account : Current Account
  4. Beneficiary a/c. No.: 16-digit PNB Credit Card Number.

The NEFT facility is subject to the rules and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India, as applicable from time to time.

4. From PNB Net Banking

The Card Holder who maintains an account with our Bank may log in to Internet Banking using his/her User ID and Password to pay his/her Credit Card Dues. To do the same the user shall log-in to the Internet Banking Website – www.netpnb.com. On the Home Page after log in, the user can go to the tab Manage Accounts, and select Credit Cards wherein the user can see all the Credit Cards listed. He/ She can choose to pay for the desired card by clicking on Make Payment.

5. From Mobile Banking Apps – PNB One App and PNB Genie

PNB Credit Card holders can choose to pay their Credit Card dues through Bank’s Mobile App PNB One or Credit Card Mobile App PNB Genie.

PNB One App

After Login in PNB One App, on the Home Screen, scroll the shortcut icons on the Top Bar, click on Credit Cards, tap on the desired Card, then click on Pay or On the Home Screen post-Log-in, click on Pay Bills tile, followed by Pay Credit Card Bill. Fill in the details and Continue to pay dues.

PNB Genie App

On the Home Screen after Log-in, click on the Payment Tile and choose to pay through PNB Net Banking. The user will be redirected to PNB’s Internet Banking for payment.
